Court of Appeals agrees to hear Cobo case soon

Detroit-- The Michigan Court of Appeals said today it will give expedited consideration to Mayor Kenneth Cockrel Jr.'s appeal of a Wayne County judge's ruling that he did not have the authority to veto a City Council vote to stop a regional authority for the Cobo Center.
