Michigan Court of Appeals upholds verdict against hospital, doctor, staffing service

The Michigan Court of Appeals has upheld a $300,000 verdict against Dearborn-based Oakwood Healthcare System, a physician and an emergency staffing service, in the death of a 14-year-old whose heart condition went undiagnosed.
