Stefani testifies he didn't lie about texts

Detroit -- The lawyer who authored an agreement to keep former Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick's text messages confidential, but secretly gave copies to a newspaper, said he didn't lie when he previously answered he didn't know who was the source of its published messages.
