Michigan Court of Appeals dismisses challenge to Blue Cross pharmacy benefit contract award

The Michigan Court of Appeals Tuesday night dismissed a preliminary injunction approved last week by the Ingham County Court of Claims that blocked implementation of an $879 million contract to Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan.
