Mike Cox to appeal Detroit schools case

Michigan Attorney General Mike Cox will file an emergency appeal on behalf of Detroit Public Schools Emergency Financial Manager Robert Bobb, to overturn a Wayne County judge's stay on his plans to close schools and overhaul of the district.
