Corrections Dept: We're not recommending boot camp for Kilpatrick, but he does qualify

Wayne County Circuit Court Judge David Groner has 30 days to decide whether to send former Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick to boot camp, or he could kill the debate by choosing not to decide at all.
