Wayne Circuit Judge directs Kwame Kilpatrick to pay $320,000 within 90 days

Wayne County Circuit Court Judge David Groner spared few words in setting new terms for the condition of ex-Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick's probation — and directed Kilpatrick to pay the court about $320,000.
